1. Shipping We offer free shipping with USPS within the US.
2. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of being received unless otherwise specified.
3. Customer may choose any of the following:
   1. 3 day air - $7.00
   2. 2 day air - $10.00
   3. Next day air (Overnight) - $15.00

If requested item is not in stock we will contact you via email or phone.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

For Returns or Exchanges, please send a copy of the original invoice along with instructions of what you would like done (refund or exchange). No exchanges or refunds will be issued after 30 days from invoiced date, no exceptions.

Exchanges will be shipped upon receipt of the returned items. If you want your exchange shipped sooner, your credit card will be charged for the new order and a credit will then be issued when the return is received.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If any part of your order arrives damaged, it is essential that you re-package the damaged item(s) in the original shipping carton. A replacement will be shipped upon confirmation that the damaged item has been picked up.
